2011 has come and gone and many of you have made New Years resolutions. While I love the idea of making positive changes for the better, I hate the road most take when setting up these life changes.
Everyone is familiar with the idea of something new, fun and exciting only to lose interest a week or two later.
Accomplishing real world fitness and fat loss goals takes real change and most people aren’t willing to put in the time and effort to do so. Personally, I think that everyone should drop the whole idea of New Years resolutions because you don’t want to throw away another goal you started and forgot.
Forget about all of the hype this time of year, stop talking and start doing! Stop making excuses, we are all busy, we all have fast paced lives, but we still should all make time to take control of our health.
Here is a small list of ways to streamline your process:
- Write it out-You are more likely to follow through with your goal if it is written down on paper. Make sure to read over it a few times a day, every day.
- Set short term and long term goals-Make a goal for the day, the week, the month and the year. Again, write them out and read over them every day.
- Be realistic-Don’t kid yourself! There has to be a realistic timeline for these goals. It didn’t take you a week to gain all the weight and it won’t take you a week to lose it.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase endurance, or just maintain your health there is no better machine to accomplish this then on the Sole F83 Folding Treadmill.
