It allows you to follow along with one of their nine Interactive Cross Training programs which target upper, lower, and total body workouts. Mixing up your training regime challenges your muscle groups to lose weight faster, and it burns fat when combining cardio with strength-training.

The Healthrider H750i comes with a set of 2 lb hand weights, you’ll be coached through a series of workouts that target different muscle groups. The treadmill will automatically stop at different points during the program and then instruct you on the weight training session. After your weight training you’ll step back on the treadmill and continue the cardio section until the workout is completed.

At the end of your workout you can check your heart rate using the sensors. Built into the handlebars, two sensors will measure your heart rate and then send a signal to the console where your heart rate will be displayed. You will always be able to be within your target heart rate range.

From a quick glance and looking at the list of features this a great beginner and intermediate treadmill. With the cross-training programs included with the treadmill you know you’ll get a great workout and achieve your fitness goals.

Although this treadmill is backed by a reputable brand, Healthrider, we still don’t like the fact that it’s not backed by a Lifetime warranty. Also, if you’re an advanced runner looking to get a good cardio workout through a long period of time this treadmill is only equipped with with 2.25 CHP motor.

One thing we did notice was the how nice the treadmill felt to run on because of HealthRiders Softtrac ™ technology. It made the running deck a nice smooth running surface that didn’t feel like you were running on concrete.

TTR Recommendation

We like what the treadmill has to offer. We like the warranty, brand reputation and so forth. For the price though, this treadmill should be a bit higher quality in our opinion. A very important factor to consider when buying a treadmill is the CHP of the treadmilll. The HealthRider R60 only offers a 2.0 CHP motor.

For $1,500 we recommend you seriously consider taking a stroll over to the Sole F80 treadmill and here’s why. The Sole F80 treadmill is the exact same price but offers so much more. As the winner of the “Best Buy” award, you get a better treadmill motor, 3.0 instead of 2.0, a lifetime warranty, more incline and Sole treadmills make some of the best folding treadmills in the industry.

When it comes to bells and whistles on a treadmill, the Healthrider H140t Treadmill has them all. When Healthrider says this treadmill is a Club Series they mean it. The H140t has the same equal quality as a commercial grade club treadmill. The Healthrider H140t offers a respectable lifetime warranty and plenty of treadmill goodies that vary from:

After doing a complete walk around of the treadmills features we were ready to have a test runner check out the performance. Healthrider treadmills offer a stable running deck which is powered by their Softrider® Cushion Deck. It allowed our test runner to feel stable when running at high speeds. Not only was the deck stable but the Healthrider H140t was pushing the running belt around with a 3.5 CHP motor. It was more then enough power to provide a consistent running surface.

The H140t also offers Quick-Touch Speed & Incline controls. With just a touch of a button you can adjust the speed of the treadmill or raise and lower the incline of the treadmill instantly. When you’re in the middle of your treadmill workout this is very convenient for the runner.

TTR Recommendation

The Healthrider H140t Treadmill has everything you could want in a treadmill with a price tag of $1,999 that make sense. We also like the fact that it comes with a lifetime warranty on the motor and frame. Any treadmills packaged with a lifetime warranty are a good buy.

One thing to keep in mind is the weight of the treadmill. If you don’t have a lot of strength or a few extra hands to help you setup the treadmill it may be worth it to pay extra for the help.

Overall, this is a great treadmill for any runner, jogger or walker. It has the all the features, the lifetime warranty and a fair price tag.
