iPod Workouts from MensHealth.com

If I ever go to the gym or run on a treadmill without my iPod I would feel totally naked.  It’s like my comfort.  I have my playlist’s, Nike ID and so on.  Lately, I have been looking to switch up my routines at the gym so I can step out of the plateau I am in and start seeing more results.

Just recently, my wife subscribe to MensHealth magazine.  It has some great tips and advice but there is something I found today that I wanted to share with you, their new iPod workouts. It’s simple to get them too.  Just go to MensHealth.com/download and instanly download the workouts and add them to your iPod.  It’s like you own personal trainer is right beside you at the gym.  You get step by step instructions on how to do the workouts.  It’s great!

They have a variety of workouts to choose from like:

  • Total Body
  • Abs
  • Upper Body
  • Lower Body
  • Weight Loss

Basically, any type of fitness goals you have set, you can find a workout for that.  I have really enjoyed the workouts, so I wanted to be sure to share them.  Anyone that is hitting the gym hard, running on the treadmill, etc. knows that sometimes you can hit a flat line.  Having something like this not only helps you get over your slump, but it also helps you get your motivation back.
