Listen to your Music & Track your Results at the Same Time!

If you haven’t heard of the Nike ID, this can make your treadmill & fitness workouts much more rewarding. In just a matter of minutes you can begin to track and measure the results of your workouts. The Nike ID comes in 2 pieces, one that inserts into the bottom of your shoe and the other is an adapter that inserts into your iPod.

You can track everything from:

The length of your Workouts

The distance of your runs, jogs or walks

The amount of Calories Burned

And much more

Once you complete a workout at the gym, treadmill or elliptical you can upload your workouts to your computer and begin tracking your progress. This is a great way to help you stay motivated and keep pushing toward your fitness goals!

I have been using the Nike ID for well over 2 years now, and I love it. They actually have a way to find your friends and create challenges like who can burn the most calories that week or who can run the most miles in a month. It makes running on the treadmill go much faster and it’s much more rewarding to see how far I’ve come!

What about you, have you used the Nike ID? Or do you use something else to motivate you?
