<p>If I ever go to the gym or run on a treadmill without my iPod I would feel totally naked.  It&#8217;s like my comfort.  I have my playlist&#8217;s, Nike ID and so on.  Lately, I have been looking to switch up my routines at the gym so I can step out of the plateau I am in and start seeing more results.</p>
<p>Just recently, my wife subscribe to MensHealth magazine.  It has some great tips and advice but there is something I found today that I wanted to share with you, their <strong>new iPod workouts.</strong> It&#8217;s simple to get them too.  Just go to <a title="IPod Workouts" href="http://www.menshealth.com/download" target="_blank">MensHealth.com/download</a> and instanly download the workouts and add them to your iPod.  It&#8217;s like you own personal trainer is right beside you at the gym.  You get step by step instructions on how to do the workouts.  It&#8217;s great!</p>

<p>Basically, any type of fitness goals you have set, you can find a workout for that.  I have really enjoyed the workouts, so I wanted to be sure to share them.  Anyone that is hitting the gym hard, running on the treadmill, etc. knows that sometimes you can hit a flat line.  Having something like this not only helps you get over your slump, but it also helps you get your motivation back.</p>
